Dr. Guido was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Indiana in 1970. He now lives in West Lafayette with his wife Sherri and their three children Dominic, Valeri and Maria. He completed his undergraduate studies at INDIANA UNIVERSITY in 1978, and received his D.D.S. from INDIANA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL of DENTISTRY in 1982. Dr. Guido is a member of the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association. He has been the president of the I.U. School of Dentistry Alumni Association, as well as the West Central Dental Society. Dr. Guido is a member,past decon and past president of Our Saviour Lutheran Church, has been involved in many youth sports with his children and supports various other civic organizations.
Dr. Guido has been practicing in Lafayette since he graduated in 1982.
